This is a beer we brew in honour of Brewnoser Tim Gregory, who won our inaugral Homebrew Challenge in December of 2013. Heavily dry hopped with Simcoe and Citra hops, this is a well balanced, resinous, deeply aromatic beer.

An intensly tropical and generously hopped IPA brewed in collaboration with the Ocean Tracking Network where 50 cents from every can goes to support local and global marine animal research & education. This year funds will go to support the conservation of the critically endangered North Atlantic right whale, that relies on the plankton-rich waters of the Maritimes, yet faces dire threats from ship-stikes, fishing entanglements and climate-driven changes in food sources and habitat. OTN's aquatic robots listen for whales to alert ships of their presence and help reduce strikes.

A bracingly bitter yet well balanced IPA that is brewed with Organic Carafa Malt and Sinamar for body and a distinct black colour. Bitter Get’er India is hopped continuously throughout the boil and then dry-hopped post fermentation. Hop Heads wanted!

We conditioned this beer on an abundantly spiced tincture featuring Madagascar Vanilla, local fresh ginger, and cinnamon sticks soaked in Nicaraguan Rum. This fire-side sipper features notes of dried fruit and gingerbread cake, followed by a very smooth, quick finish. Excellent by itself, or as a dessert beer for an apple, pear, or stone-fruit tart.
