This ESB has a malty backbone is supported with a light hop bittering. We then brewed a chai tea (minus the tea leaves) and blended that in before carbonating and packaging. Cinnamon is the star with the other spices playing a supporting roll. Spices include, cardamom, black peppercorn, allspice and ginger.

Mechan-enkel is our take on a traditional Enkel. A low percentage beer brewed originally by/for monks. We brewed this in partnership with the Rough Waters Gravel Grind. A 40/75km bike ride through the trail systems in the Humber Valley. This beer provides bready flavours from a mixture of Pilsner and wheat malt with complex notes from our belgian yeast. There are additional flavours and aromas of citrus, honey, and white pepper.
