Session IPA has all of the hop character you want in an IPA, but with a restrained alc./vol. of 4.3%. Chinook and Citra hops display a refined range of hoppy flavour. Subtle pine and candied orange flavour and aroma give way to a passionfruit, melon and stone-fruit rich finish. Expecting some opaque, hazy, diabetes inducing hop syrup? Don’t, it’s clear. This layered hop flavour is brewed on a foundation of our favourite English pale malt and fermented with a neutral American ale yeast so not to retract from the more delicate hoppy flavours and aroma.

Dildo Brewing and Burchies Donuts have come together to create an Imperial Donut Stout, mirrored with a gourmet donut inspired by each other. Burchies Donuts creates decadent, well garnished treats to satisfy the palate, with such flavours that also make for a divine dessert stout. Dildo Brewing creates community inspired beers, and Burchiesruns in honour of the late Burch himself. This Imperial Stout base was incorporated into the chocolate raspberry filling and the vanilla, bourbon, chocolate icing. Garnished with heaps of raspberry shortcake crumble, chocolate icing and toasted marshmallow drizzle. Likewise to the donut, the Imperial Stout was conditioned on cocoa, bourbon soaked Madagascar vanilla beans, raspberry purée and

It’s Oktoberfest season and this is our rendition of a Festbier. This traditional amber lager is built on a base of Munich malts, rounded out by German caramel malts. The result is a malt forward beer with notes of bread crust and caramel. Restrained hopping adds a minute spice note and balancing bitterness. This lager was brewed mid-July, after which it underwent subtle, low temperature manipulation until it reached maturity. This is a well lagered, easy drinking amber lager.

What an awesome place. Great food. Quick service. And as usual everyone is nice in Newfoundland. Staff were really helpful and very accommodating. Tried beef nachos and chicken burger. Also tried chilli that was made with beef and red beans. Chilli was the best food on the table. And if you are in dildo and not try their beer then you have not completed the tour.

Lovely brewery in a cute little town. This restaurant gets very busy at all times so just be aware you will likely have to wait to be seated. Luckily there is a great view to spend the time waiting. The store is also very busy with very reasonably priced merchandise. We had the fish and chips, mussels and the kids boneless chicken with a broccoli and cheddar soup. All were very good. The service was great here for being a small town haunt.

The Dildo Brewery is a fine place to eat if it's your only option. It is however, not something to write home about. The food is okay, mildly bland, but not inedible. We had spinach dip, which is best described as a cheese sauce (with no spinach?). Our fish dishes were okay, not well heated and mildly flavored. Certainly not comparable to other fish and chip locations in the province. It didn't even look pretty. Our server immediately asked for our order despite having just sat down, and said maybe 5 words our entire stay. She even handed us the check and debit machine without saying a word. It's also expensive compared to similar locations in the province. Although it may just be a busy time of year for Dildo Brewery, we will definitely not be returning unless stuck in the area with no other options.

Great spot on the bay, bonus that Jimmy Kimmel is the honorary mayor! Great fish and chips...so very fresh Lots of menu options! Great brewery beer selection, we had the session IPA, and it did not disappoint! Worth the 1 hour drive to Dildo from St. John's

We ordered and the food was really slow to come us as everyone around us came after and got their food before us but the wait was so well worth it. Amazing food and really great prices. We ate so much. Chowder awesome, crab too and even the beer was good.
