  • King's Horn Vienna Lager

    Style: Lager - Vienna

    ABV: 4.8    IBU: 13

Our award-winning Après Lager recipe is finally back for the season, with a new name and new look, while still being the crisp, malty lager you’ve come to know. This beer was made to pair with all winter activities, and the après tradition that follows them. **Gold medal winner at the 2018 Canadian Brewing Awards**

  • Abbey Dubbel

    Style: Belgian Dubbel

    ABV: 7.2    IBU: 20

II: We’ve been brewing Abbey Dubbel around this time of year for several seasons now - it’s been a warming winter beer that gives us some comfort when the light fades at five o’clock. And as we shift and mature, so too does our beer, and this year’s edition of Abbey Dubbel is decidedly more complex and classic. A characterful yeast strain and a touch more natural carbonation round this beer out with pronounced notes of allspice, toffee and raisins, a soft mouthfeel and high drinkability layered on a mahogany palette made for sipping by the fire.

  • Abbey Singel

    Style: Belgian Enkel / Patersbier

    ABV: 5.3    IBU: 25

I: Of the Trappist-inspired styles, Singel is probably the least produced – which is not to say it’s not great – rather, the style, sometimes referred to as Patersbier (as in, Father’s beer), was often only consumed at the monastery, often by the monks themselves as they would go about their daily tasks. Lower in alcohol content, Singel still delivers the expected spice and fruit character one might expect of an abbey-style beer while still being refreshing and dry.

  • Abbey Tripel

    Style: Belgian Tripel

    ABV: 9    IBU: 33

III: The oldest standing Trappist brewery in the world is Westmalle, existing now for almost 200 years. Westmalle is largely known for their excellent Tripel, which is widely considered the archetype of the style, having inspired brewers the world over with its golden colour, complex bouquet of spice and fruit notes and effervescent bite. Consider us one of those inspired brewers. Abbey Tripel is our interpretation of the style: a balanced marriage of cracker-like Belgian pilsner malt, floral hop notes, and assertively spice-forward yeast that finishes with a warming character, solid bitterness and elevated level of carbonation – enough to scrub the tongue and prime you for the next sip. Treat it like a white wine for maximum pleasure.

  • Baltic Porter

    Style: Porter - Baltic

    ABV: 8.4    IBU: 32

Silky and warming, with notes of rich dark chocolate, malt sweetness, and a touch of dark fruit, this strong hybrid lager – once designed for the Russian hinterland – is a comforting comrade when it’s time to bundle up or hunker down.

  • Abbey Quad

    Style: Belgian Quadrupel

    ABV: 11    IBU: 28

IV: Quadrupel is the very pinnacle of Trappist-inspired brewing: beer is pushed to its upper limits of strength, flavour and complexity. The brewhouse, too, is pushed – both brewer and equipment straining under the mass of grain and labour it takes to make a beer so bold. And with the yield being limited, the liquid is deeply prized. Such is the case with some of the must elusive Trappist Quad beers of the world, and too with Abbey Quad. A rich, thoughtful sipper, the beer is itself a meal, a dessert perhaps, lingering with warming notes of clove, fig, banana bread and plum, thoroughly enjoyable through the deep nights of December, long as they wane.
