This West Coast India Pale Ale beer style is a well balanced IPA which uses a blend of Chinook and Cascade hops for bittering, flavor and aroma to profile the spicy and pine characteristics and subtle grapefruit finish enhanced with a dry hop. ABV 6.5% ABV and 68 IBUs. The story behind the name: Pan American Airways had a weekly flight from New York to Shediac then to Europe, starting from 1939 and suspended by the outbreak of WW2. Many a celebrity used this service to get to Europe by air. The plane for this service was the Boeing 314 Clipper flying boat. American President Franklin D. Roosevelt used the same type of aircraft to get to Europe during WW2 and landed in Shediac; this was to become the first presidential aircraft – Air Force One – and was called Dixie Clipper.

This is a full flavour, slightly hazy, Double India Pale Ale with a large addition of bittering and whirlpool hops balanced with an enhanced Dry Hop to give a nice full flavour of citrus, passion fruity flavour notes and light apricot and berry flavours. A lightly warming alcohol sensation with a smooth finish. 8.0% ABV and 82 IBUs.

Brewed with Flaked Wheat and Oats to provide a nice soft HAZY body and with all hops (Vic Secret, Citra and Mosaic) added in the Whirlpool and Dry Hopping stages. 6.0% ABV and 43 IBUs.

The story behind the name: Kissing Rock was once a popular sandstone flower-pot out crop near the Cap-Bimet beach which was approx. 15 feet above the beach. This was a popular secret meeting place to sneak a kiss or two... Years of coastal erosion have erased most traces of theis infamous place that is still vivid in some poeple's imaginations, with those long ago fleeting memories.
