A pint of this Irish Red is as easy-drinking as it is to find Dogwood in Westmorland, and you know that's easy! Slight toasty-toffee flavour initially then balancing out with a grainy, almost sweet caramel flavour before it finishes with an earthy, dryish feel. Smooth, medium-light body, low hops, and a striking red-copper colour. What more can you ask for?

Drinkability was key for this brew. Bready malts offer a light caramel flavour and medium body to balance out the characterful yet powerful combination of Simcoe and Mosaic hops. This copper coloured Ale finishes medium dry with subtle floral notes that could be hinting at you to get started on that spring yard work. Alternatively you could sit back and enjoy a pint of this Bitter on Bridge St. itself while taking advantage of the patio scene.
