A year's worth of experimental IPA’s lit a juicy path for us to follow, helping us develop the Neon Nectar. A bomb of tropical tangerine, pineapple, and mango. Both light and creamy.

Style: Sour - Traditional Gose
ABV: 4.5 IBU: 0
Our Gose is soured with our own house strain of Lactobacillus Bacteria. That culture was made in the traditional method from Germany by soaking the pre-fermented beer on more grain. The Bacteria on the grain, under the right conditions, sour the beer, in a similar manner to the way yogurt is made. Once the desired level of sourness is achieved, we bring it back to a boil, and treat it as a normal beer after that, adding a touch of hops and ferment as normal. Gose, as a style, has touch of Salt and Coriander and is a great beer for adding fruit to. In this particular case we omitted the Coriander, and added Cardamon instead to compliment the Strawberry addition.

This fun and refreshing kettle sour is conditioned on 150 litres of limoncello liqueur from our friends at the Woods Sirit Co. The resulting collaboration is a complex and tart sour with bold flavours of lemon zest and lemon hard candy, structured with subtle notes of bitterness and spice.

For this stout, we used loads of creamy oats and dark chocolate nibs the mash tun, and then aged it on coca nibs in the fermenter. The result is a beer with all the richness of an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie without the sweetness. Brewed with: Crystal Clear North Shore Water, British Malts, North American Hops, Yeast

This West Coast IPA is a modern take on a classic style. She’s infused with spruce to add a nice forest florality, and classic notes of pine and citrus for balance, and a bright fruitiness. You’ll also notice flavours of peach and apricot, yum!

Wow!! Sunday brunch menu is soooo tasty and the service was excellent. We also had one of the tastiest coffees we've had in ages. We'll be back!! Prices fantastic as well.

Superb lineup of beers here. I think I have a new favorite: the spiced plum sour. I'll have to come back for it some time, and maybe try some eats as well.

Was looking for a brewery with good beer and good food - Wildeye was recommended in various online forums. Not a lot of parking on-site, and it was completely packed. I would suggest parking near the Canadian Tire and walking over. A parking ticket is a risk, however (I've gotten one previously for leaving a vehicle there). There were quite a few low-hopped beers, two pale ales and one IPA. Not everything was on the menu so check with staff. I did a flight - two pale ales, one IPA, one stout. I don't love stouts, but it was well done. The IPA was decent. In general, the beer was ok - a 6 out of 10 - lots of biscuit and general maltiness which isn't my favorite. I prefer clean, hopped beers - Fat Tug, 33 Acres IPA, Four Winds, etc. The food was better - lots of Mexican inspiration. My wife really enjoyed her pumpkin-tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich. Prices were expensive (but everything is) - $9 before tax and tip for a 16oz beer. Don't we use metric in Canada? 475 ml? One of our meals was forgotten and appeared long after everyone else was done, but got a discount. It was super busy - wasn't a big deal but the person waiting was quite hungry - we'd just come back from a hike. We sat outside, as every inside table seemed empty but reserved. Also, many tables were used by someone selling vinyl. Lots of dogs around outside - was nice to see. Also some good musical choices. They need some sort of barrier between the patio and the sidewalk to reduce pollution - it's a busy road, and the noise and smell take away from the conversation, food and drink. Outside heating would be nice - it was sunny and 15C outside but the patio is mostly in the shade and there was a cold wind blowing. We were cold, even dressed up from our hike. Overall ok beer, better food, slightly unpleasant patio/venue, and expensive. The friendly hardworking staff was the bright spot, but that's not enough to bring me back.

It's sunny, it's Friday, you've gotta have a beer! Great selection of beers (esp. lager and ipa) and more than snack foods! My favorite were neon nectar and half-day hazy ipa! Nice patio seating perfect for enjoying a drink.. while looking at the long line of traffic battling for a spot to the second narrow

It's unfortunate, but the quality has gone down hill over the past 2 years. We used to order the Nachos regularly until they cut the toppings in half and raised the price. What's worse is I recently bought a $7 veggie taco that was essentially soupy corn in what resembled an Old El Paso hard taco shell. I'd love to see Wildeye take after their neighbours, Bridges Brewery, who sell 3 mouth watering soft tacos for $12 (only 5 min away and half the cost overall).
