Style: Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse
ABV: 4.1 IBU: 4
A slightly tart, but incredibly thirst quenching ale. This beer consists of a backbone of pilsner malt, oats, and wheat. We then give it a generous addition of Raspberries & hops. Big, punchy raspberry flavour, with a clean tart finish.

Lots and lots of hops, but without lots & lots of bitterness. If you don’t like hoppy beers, can’t stand IPA’s, then try this one. Big, soft, round flavours, not sharp, astringent bitterness is what this style aims to achieve. Showcasing new world hops, packed with tropical, stone fruit, and citrus flavours. This beer is deceptively easy drinking at 6.9

Tart & Refreshing. Complex & Balanced. Welcome to Fools Paradise, our first foray into Dry Hopped Sours. Think of the big tropical fruit, citrus, and berry flavours found in our IPAs, but replace bitterness with a bit of tartness. Made entirely with neo-mexicanus hops, its an assortment of wild flavours. This beer doesn’t pucker or linger, so you quickly go back for more.

WHERE IS FANCY BRED, IN THE HEART OR IN THE HEAD? – MR. WILLY WONKA ? ?? Karat’s uber-talented chocolatier Julian Helman, hooked us up with exotic cacao nibs and vanilla beans and we opted to age them on an hearty imperial oat stout. Silky smooth texture, inky black in colour, and huge wafts of chocolate, vanilla and caramel. Subdued sweetness, and a light salty note takes you through layers of desserty deliciousness. This big beer is deceptively easy drinking.

Our 69th brew, is fermented with a blend of two traditional Old World style Saison strains, resulting in complex fruit character, and black pepper notes. This beer also uses a new hop called Meridian in order to impart a mix of tropical, berry, and citrus fruitiness with a hint of spearmint. All blended with herbaceous tones from freshly cultivated Wild Mountain Sage. This Saison has big rustic flavours, but with a nice lingering dryness

Cool brewery in Kelowna that offers flights and BBQ/smoked food. The food is quite good if you're into BBQ or smoked meats, highly recommend checking them out. The beers a refreshing and offer something outside of wine in Kelowna. Definitely worth a stop out here. Many people like to ride bikes or jog here as it can get busy for cars to find parking.

We loved this brewery! Lots of beer options, food was AMAZING and they have games in the back. They even have a kids menu and cute picnic table for kids. Our server was great, she made sure we had a fresh beer before we finished our last one and she was on top of it.

I tried to visit this Brewpub on a Tuesday a few weeks back when I was in Kelowna, but they are closed on Tuesdays. Was in town again on a Saturday and am I glad I came back. The venue is lovely, modern and spacious. Luck was on my side as they serve BBQ options on Saturdays, and they hit it out of the park. Their beers are fresh, clean and tasty. My personal favourite on my flight was the hazy IPA, but the show-stopper was the BBQ Brisket Burger with a much better-than-average garden salad. My taste buds were singing and I did a stationary happy food dance!! The service was friendly and personable, and both the server and the line chef came over to speak with me more than once about the food and drink. They were proud of their products, and rightfully so. Outstanding dining and service in every aspect. Vice and Virtue Brewing is a destination on a Saturday, folks.

We went on a friday night and it was pretty chill. Both front and back patios are dog friendly. Their food is very good, asian inspired. We had the shishito peppers which have a sweet sauce with peanuts they were 10/10. The pork belly ends were also tasty and I enjoyed the bbq sauce, I think they would probably taste even better in the Bao bun version. The Beef buns were good but not as good as the first two dishes. Lastly, my Gf got the shrimp po boy baos and she enjoyed them. The cider was good too but my favourite was the pale ale beer, crisp and citrusy. Very easy drink
