What will you be famous for? Hugh Turner was a coach builder who moved to Kelowna in 1921. But once the buggy business went bust, he turned to turkeys, raising them in his shack at the base of Knox Mountain. Turkey Turner was known for his (sometimes upside-down) glass eye, disheveled clothing, and his unruly flock of fowl. May your gobbles be loud and proud - may you always stand out from the crowd.

Great tour of the brewery by owner Adam and brewer Cody. Pizza was delicious as always (been there a few times) and the quality of the beers and ales is amazing. My favourite is the Lady of the Lake ! Try it! and they support the local community as well ! (thank you for your donation to Genesis Volleyball Club!) strongly recommend it!

Nestled in the heart of Kelowna, Redbird Brewing stands out as a must-visit destination for craft beer enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. This brewery has cultivated an atmosphere that perfectly balances industrial charm with warm hospitality, creating a unique and inviting space that's hard to resist. From the moment you approach, the personality of Redbird Brewing is evident. The entrance, crafted from large repurposed shipping container doors, immediately sets the tone for a creative and sustainable vibe. Inside, giant slab wood tables offer a communal feel, perfect for small gatherings or larger partiesa thoughtful touch, as evidenced by the reservation signs ready to accommodate groups later in the evening. The centerpiece of the space is undoubtedly the stage for live music, which promises lively entertainment and makes this brewery a hub for local culture. The service here matches the ambiance. Sarah, our bartender for the afternoon, was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to offer suggestions, enhancing the overall experience. The selection of craft brews was exceptional. My partner opted for the ciders, while I explored the beer offeringsboth were outstanding, reflecting the brewery's dedication to quality and flavor. In a city where craft breweries are flourishing, Redbird Brewing sets itself apart with its distinct style, excellent service, and exceptional brews. Whether you're a craft beer aficionado or just looking for a great spot to gather with friends, this place deserves a spot on your itinerary. With its thoughtful design and vibrant energy, Redbird Brewing is more than just a breweryit's a destination.

Food: we got the Okanagan and carnivore pizza. Both were incredible!! Mine had vegan (dairy free) cheese and it was also exceptional. Service: 10/10 very accommodating. One server did take my husband's pizza before he was quite done and he was too shocked to say anything Beer: red ale was superb and smooth. Vibes/environment: cozy, fun, table games available, family friendly, outdoor fire pits and blankets provided.

Always a super fun time at Red Bird Brewery. The outside fire pits are great fun and way to meet other people. The pizza is awesome and there are lots of options for pizza lovers. Tons of varieties of beer, wine and Cider. Water is available from a water filter dispenser. Live music usually on the weekends or DJ. Rustic vide for a amazing time. Oh and dog friendly outside.
