We found an IPA recipe in our photocopier that some hophead must have left behind. It looked so good that we had to make it. Intense hop aroma with a complex malt/hop profile. Snappy bitterness with a very dry finish.

Out of The Office and on an adventure! Using a newly isolated Norweigan yeast strain, this beer was created to emphasize a punch of pineapple. A combination of special funk and tropical aromas and flavours take the commuter away from the everyday mundane and into a tropical paradise of their own.

For this beer we have circled back on that history and created our version of the popular Raspberry Porter that will have you reminiscing of the good old days at the Doc. Chocolate and Crystal malts combine with Magnum and Northern Brewer hops - infused with raspberry. Truly delicious! (contains lactose)
