Our Mountain View Porter conditioned on a blend of Hazelnut Coffee from Reading Coffee Roasters and Cold Brew from Golden Valley Farms. Darker malts give the beer a chocolate presence, while specialty grains give it a rich caramel sweetness. The blend of two coffees gives this beer a balanced nuance of sweetness and roast, with a very aromatic coffee presence. An easy going porter to replace your coffee intake!

Finally, we conditioned this tasty treat with natural toasted coconut to provide a tropical feeling that will make you forget all about Winter

In 2013, our head brewer made one of his favorite batches of homebrew. The hops were discontinued a few years later, but after some friends at Carton Brewing let us know that they had some they could source out to us, we decided to re-create this one on a full size rig! 2 Row Barley and a whole lot of Experimental Hop HBC-342 make up this simple, yet delicious beer. Expect aromatics and flavor profile of honeydew melon and pineapple from this Extra Pale Ale.

Amazing Spot for Team Lunches! Our kids' hockey team visited Mountainview Brewing in Hope during a tournament, and it was an absolute hit! The atmosphere was fantastic - warm, welcoming, and perfect for a group gathering. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure our large group was taken care of. The food was delicious, and the variety of drinks impressed everyone. It's clear this place takes pride in quality and service. If you're in Hope and looking for a great spot to relax and enjoy good food with friends or family, Mountainview Brewing is the place to be. Highly recommend it!

How excited I am about seeing a great place like Mountain Brewing Co. In my favourite hiking road. Our tram was on a beautiful Markhor to Needle climb on July 5th 2024 and after descending we all decided to go somewhere nice and celebrate. Wasn't sure in the beginning about the quality of food but Oh My God!!!! I enjoyed the food we ordered that much that i totally forgot about taking pictures of the dishes . The atmosphere is welcoming. A nice and pleasant cool temperature for a hot summer day. Hazy IPA tasted splendid. The fries are giant and tasty. The brisket burrito is just AMAZING the taco salad is also a nice portion of a healthier choice The staff and very friendly and helpful. You can also get free sample of the beers on tap. Lots of parking. Nice patio. Kids and family friendly. Highly recommended

I recently had another fantastic visit to Mountainview Brewing, this time bringing five of my staff for meals and drinks. Once again, it was a five-star experience at what is quickly becoming my favorite local craft brewery. Trailbuilders and breweries go hand in hand, so this makes it a great place to take my staff out for a treat. The food service is impressively quick, ensuring you don't have to wait long to enjoy your meal. The beers are outstanding, and I highly recommend trying their "Sours" if you're a fan of sour beers. The patio seating is superb, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains in Hope, perfectly aligning with the brewery's name. Mountainview Brewing continues to impress, and I'll definitely be returning many more times in the future.
