This German style Pilsner was brewed with 100% pilsner malt and dry-hopped with a moderate dose of Hallertau to create a balance of malt sweetness, a floral and resinous hop profile and balanced bitterness. Best enjoyed in the “slow pour” style to enhance the smoothness and to create a billowy white head.

We had a lovely time here! Our server was super sweet and hilarious. The beer was delicious and our pizza was top notch! It's more of a true Italian pizza place and it seems to be a bit more upscale than we were expecting but we enjoyed none the less. The atmosphere was insanely loud though so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise!

Great stuff. Not many breweries have a side pour with varying levels of foam. The Czechs would be proud. Had to try their piwo grodziskie which is very hard style to find. I came here because they teamed up with The Establishment brewing co. which is a great brewery in Calgary.

Right place to go for a very nice pizza and a good brewed beer in Vancouver. Neighbourhood not busy. The place itself is cosy and very typical. Good atmosphere and right vibes. Big parking space.

Best pizza in town. Love their Italian pilsners as well.
