This is not the greatest rye ale in the world, no, this is just a tribute, to Pete Middleton. Pour one out and sip on this easy drinking nordic pale brewed with local cascade and columbus hops. Cheers Pete!

Style: Cider - Graff
ABV: 7 IBU: 10
A Nordic graf that we now make every fall. We take fresh pressed desert apples (That day), bombed it into the kettle, boiled it with some tropical hops and co-fermented it. This wicked collision of flavours from the beer and cider world starts out crisp and bright with that cider zing that slowly fades into a creamy crumbly malt finish.

I can't say enough about how amazingly awesome the Square Deep-Dish pizzas are ! Mark off a Sunday or Tuesday and go check them out for yourself you won't be disappointed. I've been here on numerous occasions over the years and they never disappoint. All their pizza's are great but the Square Deep-Dish pizza's are next level amazing ! Every time I recommend or take family / friends with me to Jackknife, they are just as (if not more) impressed ! Don't even get me going on taking some of the leftovers home for late night snack / next day lunch ! You can thank me later !

Jack knife is a neighborhood bar/brewery with a lot of beer options. They serve New York style pizza but over the weekend they have another pizza called "squares". The squares pizza is similar to Detroit style pizza. I have to say that I had never eaten a batter tasting pizza than the Square pizza called "Crippler" and the" Matango" thin crust. Jackknife is a dive bar with an unusually good pizza. The servers are friendly. It's a self serve place. The customer orders the drinks brings anthem cleans after themselves.

When we saw the vibe on social media we knew we had to try when we visited Kelowna. Staff was friendly, beer was great, and the pizza was delicious (and even better they had vegan cheese and pepperoni) We grabbed some to-go to take home. Definitely a place I'd love to go more.

Went here on a Sunday and had the pleasure of trying their deep dish pizza. The mushroom one was the star of the show. It is a bit pricier than the pizza shops in the neighbourhood but the only spot that serves deep dish. Will definitely be back!
