A traditional Trappist Dubbel with a smooth mouth feel. A slight boozy-ness in the palate balanced by subtle caramel and biscuit notes and a slightly more pronounced banana flavor.

It was pretty fun and nice. The atmosphere was like an upscale pub and felt classy but comfortable. I liked that they had a shuffle board table, great game. The good was really simple but tasted nice. Good pretzel and a fun hot dog. I liked it. My only complaint is that it wasn't cheap but that's how it is today. Prices weren't bad but I miss the days of a cheap pub dinner and pint.

I really like acidic fruit forward beers and the ones I got were all good. Lots of soy and coffee notes in the porter also. However the sour taste left in my mouth was actually from the portion to price ratio for their pulled pork sandwich I ordered. Couldn't believe the sparse scraps of pulled pork tossed on it. 2-3oz at most. Took a photo next to their soup spoon for scale, at thickest part of the sandwich no less (and I did not press down on it). Quite sure you'd get more protein on a McSingle from Macdonald's. But for a fair bit less than $16.5 before tax/tip

Had my first experience here today and I will for sure be back! To start - I don't prefer alcohol beverages but hubby loves his beer and breweries. The bartender was great. He greeted when we walked in. They seemed a bit short with I believe one server. She was okay but could have been a bit more friendly (was not rude just could have upped her energy a little). The basics were done - checked in on us made sure we weren't waiting on anything else. So! Hubby ordered the Sunday special which was a pint of beer and the soft pretzel with dip of choice. He asked for the Light Speed Pale Ale which he mentioned was quite nice. We shared the pretzel and requested queso as the dip. 10/10 best soft pretzel and queso we have tried at a brewery by far. There were also a couple pieces of cut up dill pickle to dip. Amazing. Now.. I'm a bit different. I knew I was getting a craft soda but I was hoping for a miracle drink that I was ready to make myself. On their dessert menu is ice cream and within their beverage menu is the Phillips root beer. You know where I'm going this. Their bartender made it happen for me. I sat at our table sipping my root beer alcohol free drink happier than I have ever been at a brewery. To end our drinks we shared The Dutton hot dog. Now the dog itself is fairly basic but the toppings help quite a bit! Toppings were quite yummy and the banana peppers didn't have the heat I was anticipating but it was quite a nice mix of ingredients. We will be back for sure. Hopefully for another root beer float if they're up for it but doo wanna try their other hot dogs. I may test a few beers if I'm feeling adventurous. Atmosphere is darker side / was a bit warm inside. But seemed very fun with some couches set up and there's also board games on shelving between couch set up's (there's 2 sets of couches / tables for games etc) Also in the ladies washroom the stall beside the sink is very very open with a gap between the door and wall... Just something to be mindful about.

One of the rare places we have visited which differentiates whom to serve and whom to ignore or say we are full so get out. (They were not full and one of the nice customer showed us a to-be empty table by the window). We were so disgusted with the attitude of the staff here that we left with half finished beer and cancelling our food order which anyway didn't come for almost an hour and would have taken another 30+ mins! This is the only pub in downtown Mission but wouldn't recommend it. Down right racist!

Just finished our quarterly business meeting that we hosted at HUBco during the day. Escaped our stuffy meeting room and enjoyed an amazing atmosphere, great food, and cold beer when business was done. Our team left super happy, accomplished a ton, and we'll all be back for sure. Nice work HUBco!! You're onto something here, amazing meeting venue
