  • What The Huck Berry Ale

    Style: Fruit Beer

    Born and brewed in the mountains, our Berry Wheat Ale gives you a taste of the wild, no matter where you roam. Blended with wheat to create a smooth and creamy beer, a touch of berries is added post-fermentation to ensure the deep colour and slight sweetness of the berries remain. A year-round Fernie favourite!

  • Hit the Deck

    Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.4    IBU: 40

    An IPA style made famous by breweries on the East Coast. It’s light, cloudy, low in bitterness, but high in hop flavor and aroma. The highest dry hop of our IPAs, it features juicy, citrusy Mosaic, Falconer’s Flight, El Dorado, and Azacca hops, with flaked oats added to enhance the body and mouthfeel.

    Named after one of Fernie's most epic bike trails, Project 9 is a true Bavarian Pilsner with exceptional continental hop flavour that can only be achieved by selection of fine noble hops including the Saaz variety. The use of Munich and Pilsner malts and time honoured brewing methods produces a clean, crisp Bavarian Pilsner that is truly transcendent. FBC’s multi-award-winning flagship brew.

  • Slingshot Session IPA

    Slingshot Session IPA, is a lower alcohol IPA. Regular IPA imbibers will not be disappointed with our selection of traditional and some of the newest available hop cultivars. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic, to provide the distinct citrusy, tropical fruit and pine flavours and aromas. Resulting in a refreshing and easy drinking Session IPA. Whatever your aim, this refreshing brew is right on target.

  • Campout West Coast Pale

    Style: Pale Ale - American

    ABV: 5.4    IBU: 39

    A hop forward, light copper coloured Pale Ale with oats added to enhance the body and mouthfeel. Crystal malt gives it a slight caramel flavour and heaps of Mosaic and Ekuanot hops add a strong aroma and flavour of tropical fruits. One of our favourites here at FBC, Campout isn’t just popular at home, but brought home gold in 2019 and 2022. Gold Medal Winner – 2019 and 2022 Canadian Brewing Awards.

    Back in January 2013, we celebrated our 10th anniversary with a new release – a deliciously dark winter brew. It has since returned at the first sign of winter. A strong winter Black Ale, with additions of chocolate malt, plus dark organic cocoa. Aging on oak adds smoothness and complexity. Big and boozy, Black Mammoth is perfect for sharing around a cozy fire in the depths of winter.

  • Snowblind Belgian-Style IPA

    Unfiltered and unforgettable. The Snowblind Belgian-Style IPA isn’t for the faint of heart. Originally launched back in 2015, Snowblind has proved so popular that its returned every year since. As this is an unfiltered beer, pour two thirds of the beer into a glass, swirl, then pour the remainder. This allows the yeast and the other sediment to become suspended in the remaining beer; enhancing the flavour of this delicious brew.
