Sproat Lake Pale Ale, one of our Cabin Faves, is an American-style Pale Ale. Citrus, orange zest aroma, is balanced with clean malt flavour and a smooth finish. Brewed with 2-Row, Maris Otter, toasted and crystal malts. Kettle hopped with a blend of Amarillo and Cascade. Dry-hopped with Citra.

Style: IPA - American

ABV: 6.6    IBU: 70

American IPA is a focus on North American hops and a hop forward finish with just enough malt character for balance and a clean fermentation. Shuswap Lake IPA is a West Coast Style ale, brewed with thoughtfully chosen base and toasted malts, kettle-hopped with Centennial and Mosaic, dry-hopped exclusively with Simcoe. Floral, fruity aromatics with a clean bitterness and a piney flavour reminiscent of an old school IPA.

Style: Porter - English

ABV: 5.7    IBU: 30

Lots of English Brown malt separates this beer from the richer, sweeter examples. Use of a London yeast strain produces a dry finish with complex fruit flavours to accompany the coffee and nutty notes from Brown malt. Magic Lake English Porter, a reimagined seasonal fave. British Brown, Crystal and Chocolate malts provide rich, bready notes with a hint of coffee, cocoa and nutty aromas.

Laslui Lake Black IPA, is a specialty IPA with a west coast balance. Dark malts provide a restrained roasted character with tropical, stone fruit and melon aromas from Idaho 7, Huell Melon and Simcoe hops.

The second of three in our tea-infused Sour Ale's, lucious blueberries meets the complex and flavourful richness of Vanilla Rooibos tea. Lake Lovely Water Blueberry Rooibos Sour is brewed with over 600 pounds of blueberry purée and infused with Vanilla and Peach Rooibos tea from our friends at Lucas Teas. Complex notes of woody flavours, vanilla bean, caramel and juicy blueberry balances a tart, sour base.

Johnson Lake Schwarzbier is a dark, German-style Lager. The traditional Hallertauer Milltefrüh hop was used to provide moderate bitterness, mild spice and noble character. Smooth chocolate and roasted flavours with a clean finish.

Style: Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche

Witbier is a Belgian-Style Ale with roots dating back before World War 2. Since then the style went on a decline until the 1950’s when it was revitalized by Hoegarrden. White Lake Wit, a seasonal fave, is a Belgian-style wheat beer. Brewed with Pilsner, Raw Wheat and Oats and exclusively hopped with Motueka. Fermented with a Wit yeast without the use of Orange Peel or Coriander. A refreshing ale with notes of Lemon, Lime light banana flavours.

Style: Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian

The first Pilsner was brewed in the town of Plzen in the late 19th century. Traditionally brewed with soft water, Moravian malt and Saaz hops. Cheakamus Lake Czech Pilsner is well-balanced, complex Lager, Czech-Style. Brewed only with Saaz hops. Lagered for 4 weeks at 3 degrees.

Clover Lake Stout is an Irish Extra Stout served in Nitro format. Dark, jet black with a luscious tan foam top. To pour from can, open and pour fully vertical. Let the cascade settle and enjoy. Brewed with UK pale malts, roasted barley and other specialty malts for a rich, dark and highly drinkable finish.

Gun Lake Rye IPA is a west-coast style India Pale Ale brewed with copious amounts of malted rye. Dry-hopped with lupulin enriched Amarillo for a big citrus and tangerine nose with floral and spicy flavours.

California Common is a historical beer style originating from the San Francisco/Bay area during Pre-Prohibition, sometimes brewed as a hybrid ale/lager. Anchor Lake San Francisco Lager is a California Common. Brewed with Pale and Munich malts and hopped with Northern Brewer and Crystal. Malty and bready with moderate hoppiness.

Style: Sour - Fruited

For this winter sour, we attempted to brew a dark beer base with souring yeast and infuse with cocoa nibs, vanilla Rooibos tea and dark Cherry purée. The result is more tart, earthy and dry rather than a decadent version of a Black Forest Cake. Fortress Lake Black Forest Sour is a dark sour, brewed with cocoa nibs from XOCO, Vanilla Rooibos tea from Lucas Teas and copious amounts of cherry purée. Noticeable richness and chocolate notes with a winter appropriate tartness and ABV.

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

An American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, and smooth mouthfeel, and often opaque with substantial haze. Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs but always massively hop forward. Cloud Lake New England IPA, is a hazy IPA with a soft body, smooth mouthfeel and intense fruity notes of mango, citrus, gooseberry and passion fruit.

Style: Lager - Dark

2023 Canadian Brewing Awards Gold Winner (International Amber to Dark Lager category). This style is a combination of the Czech styles tmavý ležák (11–12.9 °P) and tmavé speciální pivo (13–14.9 °P). Our version of this style is more traditional with lower hop bitterness than modern versions and has a sweeter balance. Arctic Lake Dark Lager is a rich, dark and malty Czech-style lager with a moderate roast character and balanced hoppiness. Brewed with Czech Pilsner, Roasted and Toasted malts, Czech Saaz hops and soft water.

Kalamalka Lake Saison, a seasonal fave. A Belgian style. With Lemon and Orange peel for a light, spicy and citrus farmhouse character. Fermented with two Belgian yeasts for a complex, dry and quenching finish. Best enjoyed over your favourite meal or out fishing.

Kölsch is a traditional German Ale, lagered for a clean, delicate and lightly fruity finish. Seton Lake Kölsch is a clean, crisp, delicately balanced Ale that has been lagered for clarity and a refreshing finish.

Tang Lake Passionfruit Sour is brewed with a light malt base, souring yeast and added Passionfruit. This sour beer has a very tart finish, peach jam on the nose and flavours of tropical fruit and citrus.

Kiwi Lake Caipriñha Sour is a refreshing sour beer brewed with the juices of Kiwi and Key Lime. A beer modelled after a Brazilian cocktail, Caipiriñha, but added Kiwi for complexity and prickly juiciness.
