We jammed an irresponsible amount of Blackberry into this beer. Jam Rock pours a bright magenta/fuchsia, with a brilliant pink head. Jam-like berry, layered with gentle vanilla creates a dessert-like experience and a tart finish leads to the next sip. Welcome to Jam Rock!

Our take on a classic style, a refreshing combination of grainy pilsner malt, light apple/pear esters, and subdued hops.

Style: Porter - American
ABV: 5.8 IBU: 0
Formerly known as Fat Sherpa, Wandering Star is still a rich, chocolatey classic quaff. More than that, it’s proof that a great robust porter by any other name tastes just as delicious! Brewed using dark malts which are to credit for its night-sky hue and roasty, toasty coffee notes. Lightening up the darkness are some light citrus and floral elements from the hops. Though more subtle than the up-front maltiness, the hops linger longest with a balanced bitterness that fades slow.

A super amount of tropical Guava fuse with sourness, and a balancing wheat finish. Catharina Sour is a kettle sour style from South America, that spawned from fusion of home-brewers' and pro-brewers' ideas. Kind of up our alley! Think of it as a stronger Berliner Weisse re-fermented with a boat load of tropical fruit.

Style: Historical Beer - Lichtenhainer
ABV: 4.7 IBU: 0
A historical style with a modern twist, an oak smoked sour beer with Pineapple. Tart like a Gose, this Lichtenhainer brings a fire all its own in the form of smoke. Unlike Bamberg's smoky Rauchbier, the smoke on this other historical German style is from oak, not beechwood. This subtle difference puts this palette-pleaser more in the realm of grilled pineapple and less that of hot ham/savory bacon. Hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we loved making it.

German style Pilsner - Floral and spicy noble hops lead the charge, supported by dough/bread like Pils malt. A balanced, drinkable style that has stood the test of time, for good reasons. Prost, my dudes!

Style: Lager - Tmavé (Czech Dark)
ABV: 5.6 IBU: 0
From plan to pour, we kept this brew true to form and adhered to traditional measures and methods wherever possible. We sourced semi-early red-bine Saaz hops from the region formerly known as Bohemia, used water softened through reverse osmosis, and even ordered traditional Czech taps to top things off. Stylistically the beer is the Czech equivalent of a dark lager ranging in character from Munich Dunkel to Schwarzbier, but typically with greater malt richness and hop character (aroma, flavor, and/or bitterness). Malt: Continental Pilsner, Caramunich II, Carafa Special II? Hops: Saaz (semi-early red-bine)? Yeast: @escarpmentlabs Isar Lager? Water: RO 50:50? Rain: That makes the parade

Style: IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
ABV: 10.5 IBU: 0
Oh, baby! We’re getting strong today—dreaming big and hopping bigger. This deceptively downy Triple New England IPA does what the style suggests and brings the hops in an astronomically Milky Way. We more than dabbled in saturating products like Incognito which, besides being a definite misnomer, is a liquid concentrate aimed at achieving gratuitous levels of hoppy conspicuousness.? ? Then, as a part of the ongoing game of one-upmanship we’re playing against ourselves, we threw another hop supercharger into the mix in the form of Cryo hops. Cryo is essentially freeze-dried lupulin, and lupulin is essentially the good stuff from the hop cone—AKA the sticky icky of the beer world and a good word to have up your sleeve for your next game of Scrabble.? ? This beer offers Michelin Man-levels of lofty lightness but tips the scales at 10.5%—so there’s no overstating the gravity of this (hover)craft beer. You won’t be able to help but fall in love with this fruity TRIPA NEIPA, and it’s smooth enough to make you think it’s falling in love with you, too. Tether yourself to this juice and float into orbit, or pour one out for the massive amount of Citra hops that were harmed in the making of it.? ? Malt: @OriginMaltingCo Pilsner, 2 Row, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Malted Wheat, Cara-Pils? Hops: Citra, Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin? Yeast: @EscarpmentLabs Foggy London? Zero: G?

Modified from VI and is the new core to stay, at least for a while. Yellow in colour and solid gold in taste, after a few trips around the sun and more than a few attempts, our beloved Sky Rocket sticks the landing! This beer is a beautiful and balanced constellation with zesty, tropical Citra hops as its star.

Imperial Sour with Passionfruit, Apricot, Orange Zest, and Dry Hops All good things must come to an end, but the best ones go out with a bang, and our next beer is no exception. This grand, canned culmination of the LSD series is the aptly titled In The Sky With Diamonds. We’ve taken the greatest hits from the previous beers in the series and remastered them to bring you this super deluxe edition. This beer was born in the deeply saturated overlapping portion of the Venn diagram depicting Tangerine Trees, Marmalade Skies, Cellophane Flowers, and Kaleidoscope Eyes. We took passionfruit, apricot, orange zest, and dry-hopped the whole equation to high heaven. It’s as fruity as you’d expect, tart as you like, and far more powerful than your palate would have you believe. We wonder which naming convention will follow…We hope you have enjoyed the show.

For our next trick, we present this treat - and it really wants to be your friend. Social Candy packs a colossal punch of an ABV in a polite, unassuming wave. We're not saying you should drink it to cave in to social pressure and just fit in and be like everyone else, we're saying you shiuld try it because you'd need Kepler 1 to study this star's brightness. Like our other Imperial NEIPAs that came before it, itll have you looking through a near opaque protein polyphenol hop haze and is an optimal upper. Either way, just stop all your thinking, its no good for your soul. This, however is. Its basically double dry-hopped soup for the soul. Hops: Citra, Cryo Citra, Strata, Cashmere, Mosaic?

Style: Pilsner - New Zealand
ABV: 5.2 IBU: 0
Our take on a NZ style Pilsner. Showcasing Nelson Sauvin hop, with a supporting cast of Citra. This beer style is typically less bitter and crisp than a German Pils, with a focus on delicately hopped tropical/citrus/gooseberry notes. In contrast to a German Pils whose hop profile leans toward a more classic herbal/floral/spicy. Base malt shines through, cracker like: a blend of local pilsner and 2 row.

Imperial Sour with Raspberries, Blackberries and Vanilla Get up! This is our 500th (!) batch of beer. To celebrate and make the milestone extra sticky, we remixed our ride-or-die sour: Jam Rock. We’ve been pumping out Jam Rock since (almost) day one—and it’s long become both a fam and fan favourite—but more is more, so we pumped things up. First, We Pumped Up The Jam literally by adding raspberries to the blackberries, then we cranked up the ABV to really get the party going on the dance floor. The result is a brew that elevates everything you love about Jam Rock: a jammy fruit pucker, a subtle vanilla kiss, and a breathtaking jewel tone worth pouring the contents of your can into a glass for.

This style of beer is the traditional light beer associated with Bohemia, which is why it’s sometimes also called a (light) Bohemian Pilsner. In contrast to German-style pilsners, Lil’ Bo Pils like this one are a deeper shade of gold. Their darker hue hints at their fuller body and subtly superior malt richness. They’re brewed with water that’s preciously low in minerals making for a softness you can feel and a bitterness you taste less of.?

Next in the series of lagers comes this highly quaffable light German lager, Mellow Gold. Continental Pilsner malt is the show stopper here, bringing aromas of fresh bread, with a touch of German hops to balance and provide a very light bitterness in the soft, malty finish. A refined beer as approachable as it is delicate, this is a sessionable beer with endless appeal!

Czech Amber Lager. This child is destined to shine bright in its own gilded amber light. We pumped up the hop aromatics, so this brew baby’s hoppier than both GPL and MTR, but not at the expense of drinkability. Rather than bitterness on the palate, these amped up hops hit home in the form of a fragrant floral bouquet gusting in on a Saaz sea breeze. To emulate the low-mineral aquifers in the Czech region (and avoid any disgrace), we treated the water to make sure you’re treated to the cushiony quaff you’d expect from the style.

The distinct taste of fruits from opposite sides of the globe kaleid beautifully in the form of this Imperial Catharina Sour. Apricot, meet passionfruit. Passionfruit, meet apricot. A Passionfruit sour, with an added healthy helping of hops to the mix. We used Azacca hops - these flowers of yellow and green grow so incredibly high throughout America. They're partially to praise for the tropical taste that makes everyone smile as they drift by. Malt: 2-Row, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Malted Wheat, Cara-Pils? Yeast: @escarpmentlabs Kolsch? Imperial New England IPA with Phantasm. Phantasm is an experimental grape derived magic dust that helps boost hop aroma and flavour by providing additional thiols, a strong aromatic compound to the beer. Hops themselves already have thiols, Phantasm helps boost them. If we told you we were going to use freeze-dried Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape skin in our next Imperial New England IPA, would you accuse us of Irrational Things? Because we’d plead guilty. We’re also guilty of being the first Alberta brewery to get our hands on this magic dust—we don’t mean to brag, it came up organically! This experimental product goes by the name Phantasm, which is fitting since it’s basically our phantasy. While still in its infancy, Phantasm lets select breweries dabble in their rad science, and we’re so pumped they consider us worthy. By harnessing the power of this powder’s mighty thiols, we synergistically supercharged the already bountiful hops typical of the style. The human sniffer is super sensitive to thiols, so by inviting them to the party at the active fermentation phase, we were able to crank the tropical notes to a veritable boom. We wouldn’t go so far as to call Phantasm performance-enhancing drugs for hops, but it’s like a performance-enhancing drug for hops! Cheers, mates. Malt: 2 Row, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Malted Wheat, Chit Malt Hops: Galaxy, Equanot, Azacca, Citra Incognito, Mosaic Cryo Yeast: Escarpment Labs Foggy London

There’s nothing imaginary about this beer, and you don’t even have to become a member of the secret society of cloudmakers to take part in a portion of these fine droplets. In this case, a cloud is a powerful thing. Prepare yourself for an unstoppably quenchable whirlwind of papaya, pineapple, honeydew, and orange marmalade - all elevated by a cheeky note of cannabis. Meteorologically speaking, this brew is more akin to a downpour than a sprinkle—as is the case with all our white can IPAs. Hops: Nelson Sauvin, HBC 586, Idaho 7, Bravo

As a newcomer here,It is the first time for me to explore Calgary's craft beer scene! The integration of the brewing space and taproom is fantastic, and the vibe of chatting under the beer barrels is great! I started with a tasting set and discovered today's highlight: a hazy pale ale called *Afternoon Delight*. It's bursting with fruity aromasabsolutely amazing!

Reddit said this is the best brewery in Calgary. I haven't been to all of them, but I can safely say Reddit was probably right on this one. They have a fantastic beer selection, with some amazing Hazy IPAs, and Czech lagers served with proper respect to the tradition.

Such a beautiful brewery, perfectly decorated, very inclusive, lots of nice merch and of course a huge selection of beer on tap. Only downside is there are no gluten free alcoholic beverage options. Overall I'd recommend visiting if you're in the area!

Best brewery I have ever had! I visited from California on my trip to the Canadian Rockies and we loved the hazy flight, especially the doubles! All were perfect! We bought a four pack to take with us! Wish you shipped to California! Cheers
