Was on a skidoo trip. Nice hotel but rooms were quite old. Beds were not very cozy.
But the bar area was lovely, micro-beer was awesome. Lots of skidoo trailer parking. Loved the home smoked bacon and smoked salmon.

We came for a hockey tournament, as such we had to wake early morning for games. 1st night we were kept up by the noise from the attached bar (via hallway) which gets quite full and rowdy, then our neighbours came back to their room and kept partying loudly until after 1am. There was no phone in room and no staff at desk to complain to. At 6:30 am we were woken by people banging on doors and talking loudly (sound travels very clearly and loudly through both interior and exterior doors), then they were unloading their ski doos right in front of our room and revving them up for a good 20 minutes. The bathroom is "euro style" with open shower and no tub or divider glass, as such water gets all over the bathroom floor and makes going in and out after quite messy. After voicing my complaints at the front desk owner came to see me and politely explained that they are the biggest relay point in the province for people going on ski doo trips, and that is who they mostly cater to. He said they like to party and be up very early to hit the trails, this was not clear to me at all when I had looked at their website while booking or I would have stayed at a nearby air bnb. I was also quite shocked with the cost of rooms and food for what you are getting in terms of quality
and service. I guess if you are looking for a motel for your ski doo trip in winter or mountain biking in summer and want to party with your buds then this is a good place for you. If that's not why you are in the area and you are looking to relax and unwind I would suggest looking elsewhere.
It has been quite a while since I stayed somewhere this noisy.

Awesome hub for mountain biking. We stayed in the micro chalet which was clean, well equipped (stove top, cooking gear, BBQ, full fridge/freezer, hot tub) and lovely to stay in. Great service from the front desk as well.

We had an unexpected week long stay in May at the Roquemont due to a vehicle breakdown. We were able to secure a room the first night but were told we would have to change rooms if we stayed longer. As our overnight stay became a week long, they adjusted their other bookings to allow us to stay put. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The a/c room units could do with a cleaning or an upgrade. We speak no French but they worked hard to understand and communicate with us in English. Being patient with each other is key!! Even the non English speaking staff smiled at us, tried to communicate and made us feel welcome. It helped us get thru a very stressful time. Unlike hotels we are used to, housekeeping must be asked for, but once we figured that out on day 3, our attitude adjusted and we have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The food in the restaurant is incredibly amazing!! We enjoyed the friendly, lively atmosphere very much

Love it. Grab a few beers after a mtb ride. Found the pool terrasse. Absolutely . Exactly what I needed after a long ride. Great beer and cocktail selection. Their menu has something for everyone even some tasty vegetarian options.
