A bold, hoppy beer with all those fancy hops modern hazies are renowned for. Galaxy and Citra drive this mango-papaya-loaded-bus, backed by a touch of Columbus for a bit of ripe pineapple danky fun. Awarded Bronze at the 2021 Ontario Brewing Awards in the New England IPA category

Brewed with barley and rice, lagered for what felt like forever, Timberline is certifiably crispy. Hops provide some light floral notes and hints of lime which float above the rice cracker malt profile.

Brewed with Brazilian beans in collaboration with Seventh Coffee Company, this full-bodied heavy hitter is coffee-forward with a rich, dark malt sweetness, prominent chocolate character, and pinch-hit of vanilla. It’s a coffee stout in a league of its own.

Fantastic local brewery situated off the Waterford Trail with a fantastic river view on the patio! For all the accolades Wishbone has received for their nation wide awarded beers, the brewery continues to be a relaxed and vibey spot. As I am gluten free, the Mimosa seltzer provided a nice option to indulge. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to provide tasters if you are unsure of the beers that tickle your fancy. They also have lovely bar snacks that range from charcuterie to a baked pretzel. Weekend live entertainment and open until 9pm, Wishbone is a destination and local brewery that will leave you feeling apart of the community!

Made a LONG overdue stop at wishbone today with my Daughter and Dog for a Friday afternoon lunch on the patio. Absolutely loved it. Perfectly simple menu, unique small town street patio, great Beverages and equally amazing staff. 11/10 on everything!

Welcoming staff, brewpub located in former Waterford knitting mill overlooking the ponds. Beer was refreshing and varied. I prefer happy beer. Their IPA was good. Also had a sample of the Kilowatt and took one home which I'm really enjoying now.

Update (November 2023) Back again at Wishbone as our very last stop on the Spirits of the Season tour. Another great visit. Loved their dessert pairing with the beer and picked up more Jam Band for home. I'm enjoying one now as I write. Looking forward to the next visit! Original review: Perfect sunny afternoon for a first visit to Wishbone Brewing to check out their brews (and patio, of course). Another stop on the "Toast the Coast" trail, Wishbone, had been recommended by staff at Concession Road Brewery in Jarvis. At Wishbone, the first staff person we spoke to was wearing a Concession Road t-shirt. It's such a wonderful vibe of support among these small town businesses! Of course, the beer is the main thing. Among us, we tried Crowned Fruit, Black Bridge, and of course, for me, Jam Band - I can't say no to trying a Sour. All three brews were refreshing and delicious (especially the Jam Band). Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff! Loved it, and highly recommend a visit!

Great place for cold beer but if you're looking for a big food selection, go elsewhere. Limited snacks available but they are warm and tasty.
