After 19 months in oak barrels, followed by 8 weeks of conditioning on tart cherries, Chronostasis (10.6% abv). It's an Oud Bruin ("Old Brown" in english) style, mixed fermentation dark Belgian sour. The dark malts, barrel, fruit and bacteria have worked in concert to yield a delicious, rich beer of nuance and subtlety meant to be savoured.
