Style: Smoked Beer
ABV: 5.5 IBU: 25
This beer drinks quite a bit lighter than it looks. A light smoke taste will greet the palate, moving into distinct malt notes of biscuit, maybe a touch of raisin. Very light bodied, this beer finishes with a tart cloying taste that dries the palate. This is essentially unsweetened honey. It coats the mouth and the smokiness will build as you progress through the pint. Smoked Honey is not a heavy tasting beer. It is also not a "sweet" tasting beer, and it actually finishes rather dry. What makes this beer different from traditional honey beers is that the honey is completely fermented out, leaving little residual sweetness. The lightly smoked character comes from the beechwood smoke malt we use, which has a very delicate smoke flavour.

Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison
ABV: 5.4 IBU: 15
This beer is pink due to the inclusion of actual hibiscus tea leaves in the boil. It is rather more tart than other saisons, and as such is has a somewhat juice like character on its front end. This beer is very good for those not familiar with craft, or who don’t like overly bitter beer. This beer is very light tasting, and drinks very refreshingly. The finish, with a clove-like phenol taste is what brings it back into the Saison style.

Style: Red Ale - Irish
ABV: 5 IBU: 15
Classic Irish Red Ale. Pours a deep brownish red with a tan coloured head. Aromas of caramel, brown bread crust, biscuity malt, and dried fruit blend in with a hint of earthiness. On the palate, caramel sweetness and biscuit notes lead into a fruity middle. The beer finishes with a hint of earthy hop bitterness and a lingering hint of caramel. This is an easy-drinking, but full-bodied, beer with an interesting malt character, perfect for the beginning of fall. .50 cents from every can is donated directly to Wounded Warriors Canada.

Riverside IPA is an oat & wheat heavy IPA with aromas of mandarin orange, lemon, grapefruit, blueberry, pineapple and major notes of tropical fruit and berries and a smooth sweetness. This brew finishes with a grapefruit bitterness that is very refreshing.

Style: Belgian Dubbel
ABV: 7.5 IBU: 0
Dubbel is a Belgian style often associated with monastic brewing. Many of the most famous Dubbels are brewed by Trappist monks, but there are also very good interpretations done by commercial brewers throughout the world in homage to these classics. Dubbels are always dark and usually have aromas of dried fruit like raisins and dates. To ramp up these aromas, we added actual dates into the beer.

Goldie APA is a hazy, dry-hopped pale ale hopped with mosaic, galaxy, and nelson sauvin. It pours like a hazy orange juice. The nose is full of tangerine, lemon cake, pineapple, mixed berry punch, and mango. With big tropical notes, and highlights of berry and oranges, this beer finishes with a hit of bitterness that balances the fruit notes. It's absolutely fruity and refreshing!
