A nod to our Celtic heritage, this robust English porter is made with rich Sumatra + Guatemala medium roasted coffee beans, from our friends at Grounded Coffee Co. in Midland, ON that dominate this jet-black beauty. A complex malt profile complements the coffee with a chocolatey, creamy mouthfeel. Chocolate and coffee? Yes, please!

This addition is a Sabro Pale Ale @ 6.2%. Sabro hops are a game changer in our opinion. Every year new hops are released but few varieties rise to the top of the hill like Sabro has. Coconut, lime and tropical fruit control the senses in this unique, high intensity single hopped Pale Ale. A wonderful golden orange hazy appearance reminds us of a beautiful Lake Simcoe sunset.

I've been to Quayle's twice and I've really enjoyed coming here! They have a great selection of drinks to choose from, I really like the cabin fever - lemon raspberry and I like the fiddle and field. The fish tacos and the Cajun chicken burger were delicious. It is a popular spot so it might be hard to get a table. Last time we came we got sat and were told to order inside and give our table number. When we came back out the hostess accidentally sat another couple where she sat us. Thankfully there was one more picnic table that was available for her to sit us at and she was very apologetic.

A real fun chill place to be. Pulled pork sandwich is top tier. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. Real cut fries. The pretzels are a must try. As far as their beer is concerned . Love that German Pilsner. The overall valued experience here is great.

Interesting menu. Great beverages and reasonable cost. Went for a lunch with our adult kids and grandkids. Took the horse drawn tour with the owner as our host. He told us about hops, beer and the property along with the water source. Enjoyed the fire pits while waiting on our tour. Can't wait to go back. Sadly, I took no pictures. Best items according to our table included clam chowder and mac n cheese.

A quick visit on a gorgeous fall day. Lots of young families, couples, and older folks like ourselves. Very organized set up and pleasant speedy service. Very attractive building and grounds.

Quayle's is an experience like no other, I highly recommend!! The atmosphere is both calming and entertaining, being outside of town surrounded by a countryside setting, it feels like you're visiting a wealthy friend's upscale cottage. I had the garlic parmesan fries; they were excellent, and the portion was large enough to split 3 ways and still make everyone happy. While I personally wish there were more food choices on the menu, I recognize that this may be normal for a brewery, and while I'm not a beer drinker, there's definitely no shortage of options on the brew menu for those who are. I wish I had a better picture of the fries or that I'd thought to take a picture before I started eating them, but listen, they easily look 10x tastier looking in real life, so I couldn't have resisted anyways. But listen, why are you still reading this? ROAD TRIP!!
