In the latw 1700s, Newark was the firer capital of Upper Canada, know known as Ontario. Our dubbel is a belgian inspired strong ale. Dark candi sugar gives this beer its distinct toffee and dark fruit flavours. Cheers!

Food is awesome. Portions are good. The Brews/Drinks are really good at an incredible price. Amazing staff. Great service. Fast kitchen. Clean facility. Clean washrooms. Like the interior design. Bar design is very nice too. There's a yearly membership you can sign up for. Ask the staff for details. No credit card surcharge. Free WiFi. Good amount of parking but it's unmarked and can get confusing because of it.

Great atmosphere, very cozy, our server was very knowledgeable about the food and beer, the pretzel was great, came with a grainy mustard that has some heat on the tail end tasted like horseradish, The Brisket Poutine was Amazing, generous portions, savoury gravy and lots of cheese curds. Great tasting Beer, Will definately return.

Outstanding first visit to Newark Brewing. Spacious yet still cozy feeling taproom with a large patio (Beer Garden) for the warmer months. Really enjoyed the Berlin error Weisse, and my partner had a flight of the Core Four beers offered. Thanks, John, for great service and conversation! From the small but mighty kitchen, we had the Seasoned French Fries, which were fantastic! Highly recommended!

I have to say I was disappointed. We were the first customers in, yet our fries for both meals were cold? I can only assume the cook precooked fries in preparation for a lunch rush. I would expect 2 pieces for fish for a $18 fish n chips, I can get a single piece elsewhere for around $12 in Niagara. The server was helpful and allowed us to order a half pint but that's nowhere to be found on the menu, only 20oz for $9. The beer list really needs a description of each beer if you're charging $9 for one, put in some effort. The decor feels like it wants to be Bavarian, but does feel a bit sad and cold. The pinball machine area on entry isn't a great look for me either, it presents as a cheap drinking hole. I tried the IPA which I have to say was one of the best local ones I've tried. I gave my feedback to the server regarding the food and he was nice enough to give me some beers to go, I didn't catch his name but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beers. A mixed bag, I'll return one day when this brewery figures out what it wants to be.

Son and I stopped off for a bite to eat. The brisket sandwich was great and the shoestring fries were a great side dish. Quick service. Thanks guys for a great meal
