Pumpkin Pie-PA is a modern take on a traditional style, blending a hop forward West Coast style IPA with festive fall spices. Pours a copper orange colour with pumpkin spice on the nose. Toasted bread and pumpkin pie filling at the forefront, with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove joining the mix mid-sip. The West Coast IPA base comes through at the end in the form of pine bitterness.

Celestial Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Brewed in the Fall of 2020, and laid to rest in some Basel Hayden bourbon barrels for over a year. During this time, the barrels contributed notes of vanilla, charred-oak and bourbon booziness that are a beautiful compliment to the dark chocolate and cherry notes from the beer. Rich and robust, pouring a syrupy black with a dark brown head, this is a full bodied beer for sipping and savouring.

For this 10th anniversary release, we headed to the county to brew a West Coast-style IPA with our friends at Dune Hopper Brewing Co. (@dunehopperbrewing) We used a 100% Citra Dry Hop on top of a traditional West Coast IPA base to create a 7.0% IPA with a soft mouth and a fantastically hoppy bitter bite.
