i like the atmosphere and art decor of this place, warm and cozy. food wise was pretty average - however, my friend got their poutine and said that it was awful. i got their honey jalapeno bacon fries and it was a good combination im not sure if i am a fan of the batter they used for their pickle spears but i still ate it good service overall

Went for dinner for the first time on a Tuesday evening. Not busy, quiet inside, about 3-4 other tables were occupied. Great service. Good selection of beer and cocktails. Price per cocktail is $11, a bit steep in my opinion. Kids got burgers and fries, good size portion for $10 each. Fries needed some salt but there was salt and pepper on the table. The burger patty had a strong garlic taste (not a bad thing) and could have also used some salt, it was homemade and juicy. The kids dessert which was vanilla ice cream and a choice of chocolate, caramel or raspberry sauce was also a large portion. We also ordered, the fried cheese curds, jalapeo infused honey and bacon fries ($7 for a small bowl), pretzel with beer cheese dip and the fish tacos. It was taco Tuesday, the tacos were $1.75 off ($15) and we got a free refill of a glass of beer! The cheese curds and pretzel with beer cheese dip ($15, additional pretzel $5.50, additional beer cheese dip $2.50) were our favourites. The marinara sauce that came with the cheese curds was cold and was definitely from a can, not a fan. We could not taste the jalapeo in the honey and the fish tacos were bland, really lacked flavour. We wanted to like it but it needs to improvement. Overall, it was a good experience, the food came out hot and fresh but I think there's room for improvement with recipes and they need to reevaluate the cost of certain dishes. They offer gluten free (including beer) and vegetarian options as well. Total cost $98 plus tip.

My family/friends and I went here for a small group get-together. We were promptly greated when we walked in. The server was quite friendly and helpful. The food came out to us in a reasonable time frame, and it was very good. My only complaints are that the food is a bit pricy, and our cheesecake was at room temperature, not refrigerated.

Excellent service, great atmosphere, fair prices, had the tacos since it was Tuesday, the fish and chicken was delicious, there is the room for improvement in the beef brisket, it was a little dry. Overall highly recommend! Went back tried there beer and Nashville hot chicken.so good

Billy Bishop is a Canadian Icon He carried with him at all times a timeless spirit of adventure that eventually took him into the clouds where he would go on to become the first ace pilot for this great nation. In honour of this man and every other patriot, we’ve created Billy Bishop Brown Ale. The flavor profile of this British-style pub ale is dominated by the toffee-like characteristic of the malts with additional notes of dark fruit and mild citrus that join to create a brilliant, refreshing complexity. • Avro Arrow Maple Red Ale

Style: Red Ale - American Amber / Red

    ABV: 5    IBU: 32

Spring is here, people, and the maple trees are flowing. Each season, we partner with a local sugar bush to craft a maple red ale. This year, we used a gorgeous amber syrup from our friends at Breedon's farm. The beer is rich with a roasted malt character and just a hint of maple sweetness. We keep the carbonation a little lower to let you focus on the complexity in the body, while the finish is clean with just enough hop character to cut through the sweetness. Avro Arrow pairs well with pancakes so enjoy it as a breakfast beer. Good morning!
