Brewed as a tribute to the three beers, which in 2008, turned Ontario on to modern IPAs. Elements from Muskoka’s Mad Tom, Great Lake’s Canuck (Formerly “Crazy Canuck”) and Bell’s Two Hearted were incorporated into this recipe. Only Centennial hops were used in the kettle, while Centennial, Citra and Lemondrop were used in dry hopping. Fresh peeled orange and soft pine needle on the nose. Tastes of grapefruit, orange pith and slight dankness. Slight caramel sweetness balances this hop forward West Coast IPA. Medium-Deep Orange hue and low haze.

We have the best neighbours here on Main Street. Just a stones throw from our front steps is the undisputed home of the best coffee in town: Red Lantern Coffee Co. We took our in-house cream ale recipe and kicked it up with one of our brewer’s favourite beer adjuncts. We steeped this beer with a five pound bag of Red Lantern’s incredible French Roast Arabica Coffee. We steeped the uncrushed beans for 14 days. This allowed the beer to absorb all the natural roasty, earthy, vanilla and dark chocolate notes without the bitterness or harsh acidity one might expect from coffee. What we got was a wonderfully light cream ale which will quench your palate and entertain your soul. Good for beer drinkers, coffee drinkers and any neighbors who want a

Great food, tasty beers and friendly staff!! What more do you need? The pretzels are a must have app, fresh and delicious. The perch tacos were crispy and light with a great balance from the queso fresco. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the spicy one's bacon jam was the best bite I had!!

Not only is the burgers and beer amazing, I'd love to give a huge mention to the bartender and waitress, Kim. Kim is the type of person any bar or restaurant owner would want behind the wood. She's so kind and welcoming, making for a great experience at this establishment. Bravo to you, Kim. Keep singing that song and being your true self! PS if you're lucky enough to try the phenomenal Grace on tap, you won't be disappointed!

What a return visit to this totally enjoyable locale! The Banded Goose Tap Room and Brewery is right below our wonderful suite of the Inns of Kingsville. Heading downstairs for supper was an easy commute for such an excellent atmosphere and meal! The pickerel and the burger were fantastic as was the service! Amanda and Co. just know how to get it right each time we come here! If you are looking for a great meal and a stellar place to stay in this area, pick here! Like, go book it! ;)

Awesome experience. As part of Fiesta weekend, we had St. Enzo's fire beer and tacos. The beer is weirdly delicious, and tacos were absolutely amazing. Loved the atmosphere in the brewery. Fast service.
