Gold in colour, liberally hopped with Citra, Cascade and Centennial hops for a citrusy, earthy and spicy hop profile. Balanced malt body features light notes of honey. Concentration of Price tears: less than 30ppm.

The very first IPA we brewed here at Lunn's Mill. Citra, Simcoe and Summit hops pair up for bright citrus flavour, and a hefty dry hop provides intense aroma. Hazy, hoppy, happy.

Style: Bitter - Extra Special / Strong (ESB)
ABV: 5.9 IBU: 37
Copper colour with low-medium bitterness and mild hop character. True to style, it has relatively low carbonation so you can pour a full glass.

A traditional Vienna style lager, Deep amber in colour, mild bitterness with a dry, slightly toasty malt profile and a nice clean lager finish.

Style: Porter - American
ABV: 5.6 IBU: 32
Anvil is a smooth, dark, porter with hints of roast, chocolate and dark fruit. Closer to the American-style porter than the British style, bitterness is moderate and balances nicely with the full malt body.

Style: IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
ABV: 6.6 IBU: 60
A very dark, hop-forward brew balanced by the malty body with a hint of roastiness. Great for those cold dark nights, sipping by the fire or star gazing on a beautiful summers night.

Style: Blonde / Golden Ale - Other
ABV: 5.4 IBU: 19
Nice and light-bodied, this beer has just a hint of hops and a crisp, slightly sweet malty character.

Style: IPA - American
ABV: 6.6 IBU: 82
A double-dry-hopped Mosaic SMaSH (single malt and single hop) using Maris Otter as the base malt. One charge of dry hops go in at the tail end of active fermentation, which gives it a juicy intensity. The second charge goes in after fermentation is totally finished, which provides even more hop aroma and flavour. The result is a beer where Mosaic really shines - tropical fruit, citrus, and a dank/piney finish.

Most Righteous notes of toffee, biscuit and roast, with just enough of the most noblest hop bitterness to balance the malt. Be excellent to each other!

Style: IPA - Brut
ABV: 6.2 IBU: 0
And You? is our take on the still-evolving Brut style of IPAs, named after Caesar's back-stabbing buddy Brutus. It is pale, sparkly, super dry, and its large late additions of Galaxy and Mosaic combine to produce an intense grapefruit character.

Style: Belgian Strong Golden Ale
ABV: 8 IBU: 29
Strong women make strong beer and this one is no exception. Those high ABV's are deceiving in this lightly hopped, slightly floral aroma brew. Fruity esters of banana from the St Lucifer yeast. It's delightfully effervescent and highly carbonated. Don't think so? Cash me ousside....

Style: Lager - Pale
ABV: 4 IBU: 10
This Light Lager is a very “beery” beer with notes of beer; light, crisp, crushable.

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double
ABV: 8 IBU: 100
2x4 has a big hop presence built on a sturdy malt base including some Rye Malt (just to spice it up a little). We generously double dry-hopped 2x4 with four varieties for bold notes of resin, orange pith, tropical fruit and pine. It may be 8.0% ABV but remains very drinkable, you might just feel like you’ve been hit by a 2x4.

Style: Bock - Hell / Maibock / Lentebock
ABV: 7 IBU: 30
Malty Sweetness, slightly spicy and Strong. This ain't your opa's bock, it's Mai-bock. Our take on the classic German beer, has been lagered to perfection, has a golden hue. Clear, crisp, "crushable".

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy
ABV: 6.9 IBU: 25
The brainchild of our very own Chad Graves. This New England IPA is hazy AF, juicy, slightly sweet (just like Chad). The aroma blasts you in the face with tropical fruit, melon and tangerine. Bang A Uey is a New England term for pulling a U-Turn, something lots of customers and staff need to do when driving to Lunn’s Mill as we’re too cheap to buy a sign. $2.00 of each pint/growler fill of this beer will go to the Lunn’s Mill fund for signage.

Awesome craft brewery! So worth the drive from Halifax. Great service, excellent food! Next time will try the wings and patio! Great merch that they buy base stock from Frenchy's and then add their logo too! My wife got an awesome plaid shirt #jealous!!

Honestly, the food and service was great. Staff were friendly and attentive; prices were decent also. Only complaints were the wait time for the food was a bit long and the place was freezing cold. I was uncomfortably cold the entire time we were inside. Otherwise, a fantastic place to grab a beer and eat!

Super cool place to go for a great beer or a great meal. Also perfect for shareing plates with friends! The location is kinda remote but there are signs when you get close. The building is super cool inside and out. Great decor. There is a patio at the back which was fantastic. The employees, the Chef, the food and the drinks were all beyond expectations. I would highly recommend a visit here if you are ever in the area. The nachos and the poppers were fantastic. Everything is fresh and delicious. i recommend trying some flights due to the fact they have so many delicious craft beer. We can't wait to go back! They also host live music several times a week. The host other local brewing companies on tap also. Such a great place!

A hidden gem in the Valley. Excellent beer, top notch food. I enjoyed the slightly bitter ESB with a hint of sourness. The IPA was nice and hoppy, but not overly so, and very smooth. My roast beef sandwich was tasty with fresh, hand prepared, ingredients. The patio has a lovely view of the Valley.
