A relatively simple sour base beer, blended with organic peaches and raspberries gives us a hazy peach colored beer. The sweet fruit aromas kick off the drinking experience and are quickly followed by a tingling sour bite. This gets mellowed out by the juicy fruit flavors in the middle which is followed by yet another dry, sour kick at the end. Mineral additions and very light whirlpool hops help balance everything out to create deliciously light, tart, fruity brew.

"Pip" is a 4.5% abv, Pseudo American Lager, hitting our taps just in time for our Halloween celebration. We used a relatively new brewing Trick to create this taproom Treat. Sporting a simple grain bill, a touch of American hops and fermented with "Krispy" kveik yeast from Escarpment Labs. This crisp lager inspired beer has a touch of spice and citrus on the finish for an easy yet enjoyable drinking experience.

Big juicy fruit notes are what hits the nose up front from this hazy golden beer. Sharp citrus flavors dominate the palette at first, but are quickly followed by orange and tangerine notes Finished with a slight sweetness complimented by the soft silky mouthfeel typical of a NEIPA.

A hidden gem just outside Antigonish NS. Family run operation with great beer, delicious food truck, na craft cocktails, and pup friendly both indoors and out! Also a great Harvest Host stop.

I've been to 197 breweries in the last 11.4 years. As soon as I walked into Half Cocked I ranked this place in my top 10 breweries; top 3 in Canada. The vibe I got with the people, the kids, the dogs, the staff, the beer and the industrial architecture made me very happy my wife and I stopped by !

Came for the name standing out, stayed for the excellent booze! My partner had never met an IPA they liked, until we came here. We ordered a sampler, with some recommendations from the staff, and sat down to take it in. I put some pictures up too for reference, but basically there was not one item we ordered that was not to our liking. The stout was solid, the sour wasn't overbearing or bitter and the IPAs were hoppy and refreshing. We liked one of them so much that we left with a growler of one of the brews (it was #2 from the list) as well as a set of glasses and a shirt. Looking forward to a return visit!

Delicious beverages! Wonderful drinks! Good bar! Exceptional service! Food truck is great! We love it! We appreciate it! We think it's good! Screaming aside, genuinely one of Antigonish's best spots to check out. The patio is fantastic.
