This is the second instalment in our series of collabs with Namjim. An IPA made with pilsner malt, toasted rice and milk sugar. After a heavy dry hop with Sabro and Eclipse hops it was then conditioned on a Thai tea dust (Ceylon black tea and spice mix). Medium-bodied with a slight sweetness and flavors of citrus, coconut, cardamom, and cinnamon. 7.0%

A pale ale brewed with a large quantity of flaked and malted oats for a soft and pillowy mouthfeel. Lightly dry-hopped with Galaxy and Strata hops, giving notes of tropical and overripe fruit. We brewed this beer in collaboration with our pals at Iceberg Quest. The goal was to produce session-able pale ale that you could drink all day while out on the water.

A beer made with a similar malt and hop profile to an India Pale Ale, but fermented and conditioned like a lager. Dry-hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Citra, giving it a classic West Coast hop profile but with a clean and crisp finish.
