I rates the food with zero stars because they don't serve food there, but you can bring food in from surrounding restaurants and eat while you drink there! Always top quality drinks served from top shelf staff. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself.

We came here for some brews after eating at the pub next door. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. It's small but not crowded. Great beer! It's in walking distance of the inn we stayed at.

We had the best experience at the pub. We came with my 77 yr old Aunt and a couple other family members and we had exceptional service and drinks! Local cider and the blonde ale were fantastic. The bartender was friendly and accommodating. Such a welcoming, clean atmosphere!! Would highly recommend. Great merchandise, too

I am beyond excitement of having the chance to come to Saint Andrews Brewing Company for a beer. Their beers are innovative packaged and their place is ..... fancy and neat. You can't go wrong coming here as Mike and her daughter will take genuine care of you and your needs. They are open to serve you a taste of their lovely beers. You can't miss coming here when visiting St. Andrews!

  • Wharfbound

Style: Pale Ale - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 5.5    IBU: 35

A haze sets in on the harbour. Still, we find ourselves bound for the wharf - for labour, adventure, a fresh start. Wharfbound hazy pale ale blends New Brunswick grown and malted pale ale and 2-row barley malts plus Canadian wheat and a healthy amount of flaked oats, layered upon several tidal charges of Citra and Simcoe in the whirlpool and dry-hop.

  • Herringbone

    Style: Bitter - Best

    ABV: 4.6    IBU: 30

A pub ale - a throwback to the great British session ales hand-pumped by the imperial pint glass. Herringbone is brewed with a base layer of heritage Golden Promise, dark crystal malt, and classic East Kent Golding hops.

  • Caddy

    Style: Kölsch

    ABV: 4.5    IBU: 13

Our kölsch-style ale. Light and clean, our take on the classic German lagered ale is refreshing and approachable and made for drinking, without sacrificing flavour. Brewed with 100% Lakeview Hops Mt. Hood from nearby Harvey, New Brunswick Pilsner malt, a clean kolsch ale yeast, and incredibly soft water from the Chamcook Lake reservoir.

"I need those baskets back!" Our refreshing take on a little piece of Canadiana, Peach Basket is brewed with 100% Canadian wheat, oats and 2-row malts, local Cashmere hops from Lakeview Hops in Harvey, NB and real pureed peaches. It's a soft, peachy summer slammer.

  • Buoy Tree

    Style: IPA - American

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 60

Buoy Tree is our seasonal piney, West Coast style IPA. Brewed with lots of Canadian pale barley malt, Canadian wheat and a bit of caramel malt to round out the colour and body a bit, we put the focus on using as many local piney, citrus-forward hops as we reasonably could. Equal parts Cascade and Chinook hops from Lakeview Hops in Harvey deliver waves of pine, orange and grapefruit aromas and flavours, plus some Simcoe from the West coast helps tie those evergreen qualities together. We dialled the bitterness up a bit on this one, giving the mouthfeel a more pronounced finish that lingers with you ‘til the next sip. A medium body and a softer carbonation support the beer throughout, with a sneakier abv. to get you through the ugliest of sweater parties. Brewed once a year and best enjoyed in the winter season!

  • Moonshadow

    Style: IPA - Brown

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 60

Black with an umbral haze that permeates, Moonshadow's bold Eclipse + Chinook hop aromas layer passionfruit and pine over a slightly roasty, bittersweet chocolate-forward base. An ecliptic trip.

  • Dayspring

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 7    IBU: 54

Tropical, juicy, full-bodied and creamy, Dayspring explodes with big hoppy aromas of mango, peach and melon softly layered on a lightly doughy malt base. A springtime IPA that is both robust and bright with a big tropical sweetness upfront and a deceptively drinkable dry finish.

  • Oh Boy!

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

    ABV: 7.5    IBU: 50

Brewed with our friends at the Just the Beer Talking podcast, as well as some of the fine folks from Hampton Brewing, Oh Boy! features an irresponsible amount of El Dorado and Sasquatch hops layered on a base of New Brunswick grown and malted 2-row and Vienna malts. It'll get ya sayin'...

  • Greenock

    Style: Scottish Ale

    ABV: 4.2    IBU: 16

*GOLD - CANADA BEER CUP 2024* Colder weather necessitates maltier beers, but not always the extra alcohol that comes with big winter ales. Our answer to that is Greenock, a Scottish-style ruby red ale that’s deep in colour but light on booze. We used a distinctive Scottish base malt, lightly earthy hops from East Kent, a touch of Demerara sugar and a blend of ale yeasts to create our approximation of what would traditionally be known as an 80 schilling ale in Scotland. Expect aromas and flavours of freshly toasted biscuits, faint toffee and a touch of strawberry jam, but coming in at a respectable 4.2% abv., with a softer carbonation that lends the beer a more classic mouthfeel found in traditional UK-style ales; a midday beer designed for the dark December afternoon.

  • Southbound IPA

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.8    IBU: 45

Historically, Saint Andrews has always gotten a little quieter as fall settles in and our seasonal residents return to New England and parts further south. A bolder, colder weather cousin of Wharfbound, Southbound has big juicy notes of tropical pineapple, mango and citrus fruits.

It doesn't get any fresher!

  • Secret Prince

    Style: Brown Ale - Belgian

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 20

In the the ghostly spirit of famed secret heir to the throne/19th century Saint Andrews resident Charlie Briscoe, and in the spirit of some of the great beers of Belgium, Secret Prince is a hybrid beer of sorts, approaching dubbel character, with restrained raisiny fruit and peppery spice notes plus a drying finish - as sessionable as a dark Belgian-style beer gets.

  • Otolith

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

    ABV: 7.6    IBU: 45

Our juiciest IPA to date, Otolith is hazy and full-bodied - brewed on a base of New Brunswick 2-row malt, plus oodles of oats and wheat and a smashing of honey malt for some richer colour. Irresponsible amounts of Riwaka and Sabro punch the hop aromas into bold pineapple, coconut and mango realms, plus a dash of lactose rounds off some creaminess in the finish for a big beer that is layered and fully delicious.

  • Bookend

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.4    IBU: 50

The beginning of May and the end of October really are the seasonal bookends that make up the ebb and flow of life here in Saint Andrews. In the off-season, the coastline is a little more robust - the residents a little heartier. Bookend is a hazy IPA brewed with a whole lot of Vienna and Pale Ale malts from northern New Brunswick, and dry-hopped with extra-generous amounts of Mosaic and HBC-1019. Expect big notes of fuzzy peaches and honeydew melon, with underlying coconut and resin layered on a silky smooth base.

  • Bone Island
    Not Enough Ratings Yet

    Style: Red Ale - Irish

    ABV: 5    IBU: 20

Inspired by early Saint Andrews death and tragedy, Bone Island hearkens to the Irish Potato Famine years, as migrants traveled by boat across the ocean, the sickest of whom were quarantined on nearby Hospital Island, many being buried there, only to have their bones wash up on the mainland during the infamous Saxby Gale. Bone Island is brewed with UK Maris Otter plus a dash of roasted barley and East Kent Goldings hops and an English yeast strain - a classic take on the style.
