Style: IPA - New England / Hazy
ABV: 6.8 IBU: 42
Let this big, bright IPA be the light that guides you home in the fog. A rich oat body provides a pillowy soft body while the El Dorado and Citra hops provide a big juicy nose of pineapple, mango and light citrus fruits. This punch to the taste buds might leave you a bit hazy.

Style: Red Ale - American Amber / Red
ABV: 5.5 IBU: 25
This amber ale combines the best ingredients that Europe and North America have to offer. Belgian crystal malts provide notes of dark fruit and raisins and Cascade hops provide a slight bitterness and a hint of fresh pine.

This IPA blurs the boundaries of IPAs. Intruder is a medium bodied beer with a hint of caramel sweetness and a dry finish. The bitterness is extracted from copious quantities of late-addition hops and it is extensively dry-hopped with Idaho 7, a new world hop that presents with punchy orange and key-lime aromatics.

Our take on a white IPA, with a rich pilsner and wheat body, hopped with Citra and Mandarina Bavaria, fermented with Thiol Libre yeast, with a touch of orange peel and coriander for good measure. Bright and citrus forward, with a subtle Belgian-esque spice in the background.

Great brewpub, comfortable, good drinks, reasonable prices, snacks are great, recommend the potato kettle chips and sweet spicy chick peas! Staff great as well. Lots of choices of beer brewed!

I had been there before when they just opened in 2019. At that time, their food was pretty small, pricey and tedious. But this time, their angry chicken Sando with salad was terrific. Their sangria taste like Singapore sling. The reason I don't give 5stars is that I feel your staff don't know how to interact and serve the Asian community. I know overall, Penticton is a white town. So I understand. But in some point, I just wait on the table and don't know what's next? Just some fly in the ointment. Not a big deal:)

I just played my first ever Penticton solo acoustic show here tonight and I think this might just be the best set up brewery for live music that I've seen. Big stage, massive room, upstairs and downstairs were well set up and the food looked great going by (I didn't have a lot of time to try the food unfortunately). Ben was easy to deal with for bookings, Kelsey, Reese, Autumn and Ian made an out of town guy like me feel right at home. 6 out of 5 stars for service and beer, and 10 out 5 stars for musicians looking to stop through town!

Great food and even better beer! It's hard to beat the vibes of Slackwater, it's an all around great atmosphere. The servants were 10/10.

Good beer, but the food is not up to grade, especially considering the local competition. Service is usually good, but one of the servers will openly treat you like an inconvenience. The atmosphere is good when the place is full, but on quiet nights they still play the music way too loud and it can kill the mood when you're looking for a chill drink.
