We did the Dine Around Kelowna today at Shoreline Brewing as recommended by the waitress and we highly recommend! The food was amazing and the service was awesome. I had the salmon and my hubby had the chicken burger. So much flavour in both, the pesto cream sauce on the salmon was something I'd love to recreate. 11/10.

I've been coming here for a few months and have really enjoyed it overall. I've brought my family and, on occasion, even my co-workers. Most of the time, the food and atmosphere have been great. Unfortunately, last night was a big disappointment. I ordered the fish and chips, and the fries were barely warm, while the fish was cool and mushynot up to the usual standard. It was a Friday night, and while the one server working was doing an incredible job running her butt off, it was clear there just weren't enough staff on hand to handle the crowd. This place has so much potential, but staffing and consistency need to improve, especially during peak times. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because I'd love to see this restaurant back to its usual great experience. PS please print up a few menus, not everyone enjoys having to try and read the menu off their phone.

I have never left a bad review before but the experience our group had at this establishment was one of the worst ever. Terrible service, rude and arrogant staff. We had a reservation for a birthday and upon arriving was told there was no reservation for us, however it appeared that the lady we were speaking to was the lady on the phone when we made our reservation. Instead got sat in the corner at a long high top by the loud trivia speaker where we had to shout across each other in order to have a conversation. We had a decent sized group too so it was impossible to have a conversation with the people siting at the opposite end of the table. There was no apology or attempt at making the situation right by who appeared to be the supervisor. Our waiter was nice and friendly and did her best, and so was the guy running the trivia, but the lady at the bar with long red hair had a terrible attitude. At one point we saw a patron at a different table across the restaurant give her the middle finger (the lady with the red hair, not our waiter) as she turned her back, so I feel like that says it all. Several people in our group had been here before and raved about it, but none of us will ever return. We did give it a chance but ended up leaving after one beer, I had the watermelon one which was mediocre at best. We went to a different brewery that we have been to many times and had a much more positive experience and the food, beer, and staff were 10x better. Overall, avoid at all costs.

The worst service I've ever experienced. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful staff from the second we walked in the door until we left. The way my group of 6 was treated was shocking. We made a reservation a week ago (after calling five different times before they actually answered their phone) just to be told that they didn't have it. God forbid they made even the slightest effort to find solutions to their mistakes. Instead we were sat at bar seating, against a freezing cold window, right next to the loudest speaker. The staff member with the red hair is the absolute worst. I would NEVER want a staff member like that representing my business, she is causing it to suffer. We came for trivia and weren't even able to hear each other, let alone see each other. We had one beer, took ages to even get our bill, and then left. Super disappointing and the staff either need to be trained or be fired. Will never recommend. Will never be back.

We had our annual Friendsmas party at Shore Line on the weekend and it was an awesome experience. There was 21 of us and our server was absolutely amazing, she was proactive on getting us drinks and nailed every order even though we were not always in our same spots. Her name was Megan and she deserves a huge shout out! The food was also fantastic as usual and was one of the reasons we wanted to go to Shore Line in the first place. Thank you to Steve, Megan, the serving staff and the kitchen staff for an amazing experience, we will be back next year for sure!
