Hefeweizen in German translates to "yeast wheat" - and this beer is exactly that. We kept it simple and traditional, using just Wheat and Pilsner malts, very few hops and classic Munich wheat beer yeast. This beer perfectly showcases the capabilities of yeasts and the wonderful flavours they can create under the right circumstances. There are no bananas, vanilla, spices or bubblegum added to this beer, yet these gentle flavours are present in smooth, rich and delicious harmony.
