A bright, light bodied, hop forward ale. Higher hop bitterness to balance out the higher alcohol content. Lots of finishing hops at the end of the boil, and dry hopped in the conditioning tank. A crisp dry finish.

Served on Nitrogen to give a creamy mouthfeel, this malt forward ale gives flavours of coffee and chocolate, and gets most of its dark color from the roasted barley.

A fuller mouthfeel, from the high percentage of wheat used. This ale is served hazy because much of the yeast is left in suspension to provide those banana and clove flavours. A light floral hop presence.
