    Style: Belgian Blonde

    ABV: 5    IBU: 23

    Light amber with a shy white foam with medium head retention. Aromas of orange marmalade, aged banana, oxidative caramel and sweet orange and a touch of resin. Flavours include caramel, orange and a touch of malt graininess, sweet and toasted barley malt, low level minerality and floral hops. Medium bodied, medium bitterness on a papery finish.

    Style: Dark Ale

    ABV: 5    IBU: 22

    Opaque, deep brown, medium tan head upon agitation, well-formed head retention. Aroma is chocolate, sweet malts, dark fruit esters, whole wheat toast, just a hint of cigar leaf and coffee. Med-low carbonation, med-light body. Flavour profile has notes of chocolate, plums, roasty, grainy. Lingering roastiness, brief smokiness and mild acidity in the finish. More toasted to roasted malt and grain than chocolate or dark toffee. The finish is nearly bone dry and quenching.
