There are no peaches in this peach sour! The Philly Sour yeast, which was recently found on the bark of a dogwood tree in West Philadelphia, is responsible for the wonderful sour notes in this beer. The addition of Sabro hops makes the magic complete to be a phuzzy peach sour!
